EXCHANGES & RETURNS for non-custom products

Verge Sportâ„¢ guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If a non-custom item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit.

  1. Complete the Exchange/Returns Form included with your included with your order or downloadable here, marking the appropriate exchange or return code.
  2. When returning merchandise, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured, FedEx or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. We will refund ground postage charges due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship via surface delivery.

  4. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.

Terms and Conditions of Exchanges and Returns:

Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase and the items must be in new (saleable) condition, with hang-tags and care-tags still attached. Items that have been worn or used will be accepted only for reason of manufacturer defect.

This return policy does not allow for abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, modifications, additions, changes to the original product, or other excessive, improper, or abnormal conditions.

Verge Sportâ„¢ will only bill you at the time your order ships. If it necessary to break your order into multiple shipments, we will pick up the cost for the additional shipment(s).

Custom products may not be returned or exchanged. If your clothing needs to be repaired please contact us or your sales rep about how to proceed. Custom clothing repairs can take 4-8 weeks.
